Discover a selection of starters, such as Wagyu Carpaccio, Escargot, and Foie Gras Brioche, a variety of mains, like Lobster Tagliatelle, Sea Bass Papillote, and Steak Frites, and an assortment of sweet touches, such as Caramel Fondant, Crepes Suzette, and the August Chocolate Dream.

The Cocktail selection at August tells the story of six individuals with very distinct personalities that form the framework behind the theme of each cocktail. They all have unique twists on their personas and they’re all light, playful, refreshing, and easy to drink—classically rooted, with simple and elegant garnishes.

ART

Fusing an unparalleled culinary experience with world class art, August is home to some of Ayyam Gallery’s Art, with an edition by Oussama Diab, who has applied a conceptual approach to painting by exploiting the stylistic variants of the medium as emotive prompts, in order to explore how form can articulate the urgency of sociopolitical issues.

Diab addresses the contradictions and obstacles of political conflict, globalization, and exile through playful symbolism, references to popular culture, iconic imagery, and narrative structures. With each new series, he adopts a different painting style, reflecting the impermanent nature of art as it becomes increasingly conceptual and further dematerialized.
